Pritrdila PZV se uporabljajo za pritrjevanje izolacijskih plošč na montažne konstrukcije, kot so les, OSB plošče, cementno vlaknene plošče, pločevina …
Karakteristike:
kakovostno vijačno sidro,
visoka odpornost pritrdila na UV žarke,
vgrajevanje sidra brez predhodnega rezkanja izolacije za umik glave pritrdila v izolacijo z orodjem PZV,
preprosta in hitra vgradnja,
za preprečevanje toplotnih mostov (0,00 W/K),
za izravnavo površine izolacije,
možna uporaba s pritisnimi ploščicami, s katerimi povečamo pritrdilno površino.
Komplet je sestavljen iz PP tulca in vijaka. Plastični tulec potisnemo skozi izolacijo. V plastični vložek vstavimo vijak ki ga privijemo z orodjem za vgraditev. Pri tem postopku vijak vijačimo v plastični vložek, hkrati pa rezilna krona reže izolacijo okrog glave pritrdila in tako omogoča stiskanje izolacije, ki nastaja z ugrezanjem glave v izolacijo. Ko se omejilni disk na orodju za vgraditev nasloni na izolacijo,
prenehamo z vijačenjem. Če nadaljujemo, pride do deformacije površine izolacije in tako posledično do neravnin na površini.
Po zaključenem vijačenju v poglobljeni del vstavimo še čep, rondela Ø70 mm, za izravnavo poglobljene toplotne izolacije nad glavo pritrdila, istočasno pa preprečimo nastanek toplotnega mostu.
POVRŠINSKO PRITRJEVANJE
Komplet je sestavljen iz PP tulca in vijaka. Plastični tulec potisnemo skozi izolacijo. V plastični vložek vstavimo vijak ter ga privijemo z PZV drogom. Pri tem postopku vijak vijačimo v plastični vložek, dokler glava pritrdila ni pritisnjena tesno ob izolacijo. Če vijačenje nadaljujemo, pride do deformacije površine izolacije ter tako posledično do neravnin na površini.
Po končanem vijačenju lahko v steblo plastičnega vložka vstavimo EPS čep Ø11x20 mm, ali vbrizgamo poliuretansko peno.
